Enjoying a wonderful dinner prepared by my youngest daughter Adrianna and her boyfriend Nick. It is stuffed peppers with asparagus and garlic bread. The dinner was great, especially having stuffed peppers for the first time.

Delicious and Fulfilling
Majority the dishes we cook always starts at home from something simple. It could be a pastas, poultry or desert dish that can be delicious and fulfilling. The dish I've have made here is homemade mash potatoes with barbecue pork chops and asparagus. I think with preparation and confidences it's easy to create that perfect meal.
