Delicious and Fulfilling

Majority the dishes we cook always starts at home from something simple. It could be a pastas, poultry or desert dish that can be delicious and fulfilling. The dish I've have made here is homemade mash potatoes with barbecue pork chops and asparagus. I think with preparation and confidences it's easy to create that perfect meal.

Slows Bar• B•Q

Slows Bar BQ restaurant is an excellent place to visit when you are out for a night  in the city of Detroit. My wife and I decided to go there for dinner before heading to downtown to check out the winter fun. The restaurant is easy to find. It has a  retro style look outside and a door that looks like a stack of wooden bricks.  We went early, around 4, because we know that it fills up fast. Inside and our wait time was quick about 10 minutes then they showed us to our table. The atmosphere was great and our waiter was pleasant as he took our order. We both ordered a half of slab of ribs with two different sides. I had the macaroni and cheese and the pit smoked pork & beans. My wife's sides included the sweet potato mash and zingerman's corn bread. The food was great and we had options of different sauces to use on our ribs. The service was wonderful and great the whole time we were dining. I do recommend this restaurant Slows Bar BQ to anyone in the Downtown Detroit area for a place to eat. Step 3. Sprinkle a little olive oil on the meat and seasoning it with salt and black pepper.
Step 4. Place the wing dings into the oven set at 400' degrees and cook for 1 hour.

Bad Brads BBQ

Bad Brads BBQ in Shelby Township is an excellent restaurant to visit. I went on a crowded weekend night and service was still quick and friendly. When you first walk in, the smell from the barbeque entices to try their food. You have a choice between eating indoors or outdoors on the patio. The view from inside or the patio is fun for people watching and you can listen to some of the classic rock music being played. Our waitress, Kayla, was friendly and took our order quickly. We ordered an appetizer called corn fritters. It came with three different types of dipping sauce. My wife and I both ordered barbecue ribs with different choices of two sides. I chose the mac n’ cheese and beans as my two sides. She chose the collard greens and french fries. Everything was delicious and with the wonderful service from our waitress it was an enjoyable meal. With the great food and fun atmosphere I do recommend this restaurant for quick and tasty food. To check out their menu click on the link:
